Bilt Construction Co. has been building custom mountain family and vacation homes, and building elaborate mountain remodel projects throughout the Northern Sierra Mountains (CA) and Park City (UT) and surrounding resort cities since the early 1990's.

Originally established as a custom timber framing company, Bilt focused on building true and square framing structures. As our work was recognized for its continued excellence, we found ourselves taking a more hands on roll with our clients and eventually we migrated to total project management. This is where we have kept our focus ever since!.
