Lead Job Foreman / Framer.
Responsibilities: As lead framing
foreman for Bilt you will be expected to lead
a crew of skilled custom framers, read plans,
and direct your crew through the framing process
of our custom home framing projects. You will
be expected to make sound onsite field framing
decisions when plans lack detail (with confidence)
and to keep ahead of your crews both from a work
standpoint, but also from a material ordering
standpoint. You will answer direct to your superior,
but will be expected to address all client needs
quickly with respect for their role in our projects.
You will take liability for your crews performance
and you will monitor your crew's punctuality and
hours
Select the trade you are qualified and we will be
in touch when/if there is an opening. We will keep
