Whether we're putting in a wall or changing your entire floor plan, there will be construction dust. It's just one of the byproducts of change and no doubt you will agree, it was all for the better!

We suggest covering any furniture or large valuables that cannot be moved out of the way and move anything else you are concerned with or that might be affected by the dust.

The only other suggestion we can make is, plan to live with a little discomfort for a short period of time during your project. Depending on the size and complexity of your construction project, this could be anywhere from 2-3 weeks, clear up to 6-12 months or more.

We fully understand that you need to live while your project is being built, so we will always work hard to keep your house fully functional. On occasion however, there is no avoiding it, you may need to spend a few nights with a neighbor or close friends while we finish certain phases. This is especially common on second story additions, when the roof comes off and the house is temporarily exposed to the elements.
